RETURNS

• We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from MAAE JUNE, but if for any reason you need to initiate a return, we will accept your return within 30 days of arrival. Merchandise should be unworn  and in the original packaging.
• You can initiate a return using our online returns portal.
  
• Please allow 7-10 business days (excluding major US Holidays) for returns to be processed once. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
  
• Custom items, SALE items & Gift Cards are not eligible for refund.

Please note: All shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns are subject to refusal by the MAAE JUNE team.

• I want you to know this jewelry (and team) is with you, for life! If anything should happen to your jewelry we will repair and redip, for free.
• To begin the repair process please send us an email at customercare@maaejune.com to get started. Please allow 7-14 business days to complete your repairs once we have received the item at our showroom.
